Human Resources Development Officer needed for a leading fmcg/retail company in Cape Town!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Development Officer to manage performance and succession planning, coach staff, mentor young talent graduates, facilitate workshops, project management, create training material and tools and contribute to change management. Ideally you will have a relevant National HRD Degree/Diploma and a Training qualification NQF level 6 and preferably 5 years’ experience in a fmcg/retail environment is essential.
