The Company's leadership team is committed to expand and improve an already highly successful business in the telecoms industry. There is one professional player still to be found to complete the team: a dynamic HR practitioner.
We need an HR practitioner who has;
measured the impact of training and development they have delivered, on human capital
the grit and acumen having solved problems through collaboration and teamwork
impacted measurably upon the bottom line of the business
forged trust relationships with organised labour through integrity and practical interventions
overcome the challenges of being “previously disadvantaged” and has turned this into a competitive advantage.
This person will need to;
Provide informed commentary and advice to management upon the analysis of HR management information via well written reports and proposals
Provide ongoing oversight of the performance of key employees, and ensure delivery against the business’ plan and objectives, within manageable time scales
Take the lead in designing and implementing an effective “HRBP” model;
Enhance the organisation’s success in achieving its BBBEE and Transformation targets;
Provide leadership and guidance to the organisation on regulatory and Human Capital related governance matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and good corporate practices
Consult with the business’ leadership team to convert the strategy of the organisation into an appropriate HR policy framework within which it will be implemented by all stakeholders
First learn and then apply, human capital management theory and practice which will uplift and empower employees facing looming 4IR and 5G realities, to achieve their personal life’s goals through their workplace accomplishments.
If you believe you
meet those criteria
are confident about demonstrating your values, provenance and competence to your prospective employers
are prepared to accept remuneration
which fairly reflects the Company’s faith, trust and the mutual sense of excitement and risk in engaging your services
which will become performance-linked as you demonstrate your talents
