Human Recourse Manager/Consultant
Advice and assist/guide managers and staff to ensure sound people management practices and manage the implementation of Human Resources interventions
Qualifications / Experience:
Postgraduate B degree or NQF equivalent with Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management.
Registered Psychometrist (preferable)
Min 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources consulting role as a HR Generalist
3 - 4 years at middle management level
Key Competencies (Skills, knowledge and personal attributes)
Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of Human Resources best practices
Assertiveness and influencing skills
Excellent communication and written skills
Planning and organising skills
Display technical expertise and pro-actively apply theory to evaluate current processes and recommend changes
Interviewing, presentation, counseling and facilitation skills
Intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to use well-developed and known analytical and diagnostic methods in addressing needs
Ability to translate Human Resources Strategy into functional plans for areas of responsibility
Excellent knowledge of all relevant labour legislation.
