We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager for our private distance learning institution who will be the driving force of our company's vision and values!

The HR manager is a crucial part of the success of any business. You will report directly to the CEO, and work closely with managers from each department.

Our desired HR Manager;

Has excellent management skills. Our ideal HR manager has the ability to promote collaboration between staff members and departments.

Can plan, create and implement effective processes and company policies where necessary, and also maintain these processes.

Enjoys training and developing employees. Not only training employees but also giving them the recognition for doing a good job.

Has the potential to raise awareness regarding issues and have open discussions with employees about the issues. Analyse problems and find systemic solutions to resolve these problems.

Conducts, analyses and consolidates employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to defined objectives. Ensure these performance indicators are done effectively.

Promotes our company culture by finding productive and creative ways to instil the company values in each employee.
