Human Resource Manager for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to be responsible for manpower management, National recruitment a, manage labour disputes with local authorities in conjunction with relevant line managers, Wage and Salary Structure negotiations, responsible for compiling offers of employment to permanent employees, Training & Development, Essential Skills Management, project managing and succession planning. Ideally you will have a Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years’ general HR experience in a mining environment is essential.
