HR Business Partner

A global multi-national based in Kempton Park and specializing in fluid power and industrial automation technologies, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

In this generalist role you will partner with line management, guide and coach them through all Human Resource touchpoints across a headcount of 800 individuals in South and greater Africa. You will also extend your value add by analysing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.

You are the ideal person if you
- Have 6+ Years’ experience as a true Human Resources Business Partner in a large environment
- You have sound knowledge of all South African labour laws and regulations
- Have extensive business acumen beyond Human Resources, understanding how to transform business information into HR initiatives, and the impact thereof
- Have a formal qualification in Human Resources AND a further business or project related certificate
- You are comfortable to grow laterally within the role
