Human Resources Development Manager needed for a leading Manufacturing company in Gauteng!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Development Manager to ensure that the technical HR Development needs are met and that a high technical skills levels are maintained for all employees at all levels in the shaft. Compile annual training plan, report and manage training budget and also assist with succession planning. Ideally you will have a relevant National HRD Diploma/relevant Training qualification, NQF level 6 and preferably 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
