HR Generalist needed for a leading construction company in Durban, Kwazulu Natal!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist to perform the following tasks: skills development, succession planning, mentoring, SETA accreditation, recruitment and orientation, Business support, team building, employee wellness, office management, disciplinary action, performance management and ensure BEE compliance. Ideally you will have a qualification on NQF level 7 related to Human Resources. A minimum of 7 years experience in a construction/engineering environment is essential.
