HR Manager | Retail Supply Chain (Hammarsdale, KZN)

We are currently recruiting for a senior Human Resources Manager (AA/EE) who will be tasked with providing generalist HR and IR management and managing areas including employment equity, employee relations, diversity management, skills development, policies and procedures, HR reporting, BBBEE and HR projects.

You will satisfy the following criteria:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager
• 5+ years’ experience gained in a HR and IR management role in a Retail (or related) business with large workforce
• Must preferably have at least 3 years experience within a Supply Chain or related environment overseeing
• Experience of trade unions, representing Company at NBC & CCMA
• Sound experience of advising on HR issues including employee labour relations and BEE policy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including participation in staff meetings

o Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Hammarsdale, KZN.
o Must be open to travel locally
