A leading fintech payment processing company based in Cape Town and operating throughout the SADC region is looking for a Human Resources Manager to work with the leadership team to implement the Group HR strategy.

As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for assisting managers and employees with people related matters. This includes attracting and hiring the best talents in the market, supporting employees with their performance and development, and making sure we create a great place to work! This role is a combination of both relationship support services and hands on administrative follow-up so you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service and be responsive and proactive in your communication with people.

2. Facilitate organisational design & change management
3. Management Support
4. IR advice and support
5. Employment Equity
6. Manages learning and Skills development
7. Payroll administration and benefit management
8. Delivers Key HR initiatives as the key interface

REQUIREMENTS:
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Industrial or Organisational Psychology

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• 5-7 years’ experience covering all areas of a general HR function
• Managed relationships with senior leaders within an organisation
• Service delivery role experience. Specialist in ER/IR field. Industry experience Knowledgeable about HR practices: recruitment, talent
development, performance management, facilitation, legislation, labour relations, leadership and organisational development, change
management and remuneration.
• A strong understanding of HR legislation and requirements, and the ability to apply the relevant legislation in the work environment.
Specifically, knowledge of employment practices & compliance (Labor Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment
Equity Act, Skills development Act)
• Good knowledge and understanding of HR Best practices, policies and procedures
