Human Resources Officer needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Officer to capture data on the training database, generate training reports control data data on the HR system, conduct training needs analysis, Manage the ISO 9001/208 system for audits, perform system user testing (rollout of VIP training module) , develop and write reports on VIP and examine improvements for effectiveness and efficiency of systems and processes. Ideally you will have a Degree/National Diploma related to Human Resources and preferably 5 years’ experience in an HR Technical training environment in a mining industry.
