Our client a Timeshare Resort situated just outside of Bela Bela in the Waterberg District has a live in position for a Human resources Officer. This is a busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with great communication skills and plenty of team spirit. It will suit a single person with no dependents. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage the Human Resources Department and oversee all aspects of human resources. Inline line with business strategy, Employment Equity, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Origination Development, but not limited to.
Key Performance Areas:
• Manage the Human Resources Department and oversee all aspects of the human resources function,
• Human Resources planning.
• Facilitate and coordinate Employment Equity in line with employment equity planning.
• Assist with all annual statutory reporting as WSP, EE, and more.
• Budget control and management.
• HR Administration.
• Payroll
• Staff Accommodation management.
• Employee Benefits.
• Monthly / Weekly management reporting.
• Serve on statutory committees.

Position Requirements:
• Resources qualification Degree/Diploma is a prerequisite.
• Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting skills.
• Perform quality assurance and risk management.
• Bilingual in both English and Afrikaans with good writing skills.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Must be prepared to go the extra mile.
