Human Resources & Payroll Officer

Our client, a Blue chip company based in Vanderbijlpark (Vaal Triangle) has a vacancy for a experienced and dynamic person with the following skills and experience:
Requirements and Experience:

• Grade 12
• B Tech degree / Degree in Human Resources Management (must)
• Must have a least 6+ years experience in a Human Resources roll in a Manufacturing/Engineering Industry
• Must have strong Payroll skills and experience (Theory & Payroll)
• Must have experience, and up to date knowledge of Labour Legislation, BCEA, etc
• Must have experience with contracts
• Experience in Union negotiations
• Experience with disciplinary hearings
• Must have experience with Performance Appraisals
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
