RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTITIONER (EE) for a large concern – position based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills.
Previous working experience on SAP HR programme / any other similar programmes will be an added advantage.
Good written English communication skills / report writing skills.
Valid drivers license / own reliable transport.
3 - 5 years relevant experience in human resources, of which experience in recruitment, benefits, statistical analysis is ESSENTIAL.
Recruitment and selection.
Dealing with death in service.
Benefits counselling and support.
Human resources administration.
Third party payments.
SAP human resources administration and maintenance.
Adhoc administration.
Good arithmetic ability.
Basic statistical knowledge and experience.
Interviewing / targeted selection skills.
