ICT AND FACILITIES MANAGER – TEMPORARY CONTRACT


1. Purpose of the Role
• To implement and manage an ICT Strategy aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• To ensure ICT Governance compliance and reporting
• To implement systems to establish and maintain the security and integrity of data.
• To evaluate, manage and maintain an accurate and efficient management information system (MIS) for the SETA.
• To oversee the development of the planned phased roll out of the inhouse integrated ERP system focusing on the priority modules (Discretionary Grant, Workplace Skills Plan/ Annual Training Report submission, SETMIS Reporting module to DHET and E-Learning)
• To provide support to department managers regarding performance planning, management, monitoring and reporting.
• SETA Information Technology Management including infrastructure and vendor management.
• To oversee Facilities Management for the organisation, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.

4. Qualification and Experience
• Appropriate degree or advanced Business Diploma.
