ICT TRAINER
2 Years Fixed Seasonal Contract

JOB PURPOSE
To assist with training, administration and implementation of ICT and TDU functions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
? Training of ICT Programs
? Ensure responsible and optimal use of Solar Lab resources.
? Facilitate all programs in the Solar Labs for learners, staff and community members.
? Manage and maintain good relationship with host school management, staff and community.
? Support and assist in implementation of all ICT programs.
? Assist with the administration of ICT program operations.
? Report to relevant supervisors regarding all issues relating to and affecting program implementation.
? Facilitate integration of solar lab program into school program/events and activities.
? Report technical issues.
? Responsible for ICT assets administration
? Administration of ICT Finance
? Assist with ad-Hoc TDU/Sci-bono projects, functions and activities

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Qualification
• Formal qualification (Certificate, Degree or Diploma) in at least one of the
following:
? IT Technical hardware and networking, and
? IT programming or
? Database design and management or
? Website design and management required.

• Qualification (Certificate, Degree or Diploma) in at least three of the following:
? Graphic design,
? music production,
? video production,
? animation,
? game design,
? robotics,
? or other creative software advantageous
• Qualification (Certificate, Degree, Diploma) in training, teaching or facilitation
required
• Formal Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate in at least two of the Microsoft
Office Applications required

Experience (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in Facilitating of ICT programs
• Exposure to education environment
• Exposure to at least three of the creative programs listed under qualifications.
• Experience in training broad audience; adults and children
