We are urgently seeking Inbound Call Centre Agents for our international client based in Salt River in the Western Cape. This is a nightshift operation as the client is Canada and USA based.

Must be immediately available to start 11th of December 2023.

Duties & Responsibilities
Inbound call centre
Deal with client queries with respect to loyalty programme
Data capturing
Customer Service

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Minimum 1 year Call Centre experience / or hospitality.
Excellent customer service
Excellent spoken English
Data capturing experience
Must be imediately available
Must be able to work nighshift hours


Package & Remuneration
Salary: R41 per hour PLUS Nightshift allowance
Location: Salt River, Western Cape
Contract: Initial 12 months (to permanent)
Transport will be provide during 18h00 - 05h00 window.
9 Hour shifts (1 hour break). Earliest start at 13h00 - on rotational shifts.
