Position available for an Inbound/Outbound Clerk. Join the Takealot/Mr D Food delivery team in Lephalale. Within a great working environment, we are seeking an individual who is driven and hard-working in managing the flow of inbound goods and outbound goods of a warehouse.

Qualifications and experience:
• National Senior Certificate or Higher
• Must be computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum 6- 12 months within the customer service experience
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts which include weekends, public holidays and night shifts as required by the business operation

Responsibilities include:
• Use of POD scanners and recording on server
• Allocation of goods for each driver aligned to the delivery schedule
• Attention to detail and ability to differentiate packages
• Collaborate with administrative supervisor to list expected deliveries
• Receive milk runs and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Unload packages from incoming trucks and ensure returns going out are sealed and accounted for
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
• Verify packages according to the waybill
• Assume responsibility for returning parcels returned by customers or receiving parcels for deliveries
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place and delivery schedule date where possible
• Ensure waybills are signed for satisfactory milk runs
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• May perform other duties as assigned
