Inbound Sales Agent
To qualify for the position you need to have the following:
- 9-12 months outbound sales experience (essential)
- Proven sales experience in a contact centre, financial, insurance or telesales environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening skills
- Demonstrated aptitude in sales or marketing techniques with proven ability to cultivate customer relationships

You need the following qualifications:
Matric/NQF equivalent
Computer literate
Excellent command of English
