Looking for an Inbound Sales Executive for a Destination Management Company to hold the responsibility for development of top line revenue for Southern and East African lodges. The focus will be on sales through Inbound and Retail channels to sell and promote Southern and East African lodges. The ultimate goal of generating bed nights and revenues into the lodges within a narrowly defined operating framework.

Experience required:
Sales and luxury tourism product experience preferred
Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
At least 1 to 3 years relevant experience/ Diploma

Duties include:
Understanding and full utilization of travel sales network
Revenue Generation and Strategic Responsibilities
Finance
Input and execute the sales plan in South Africa and Botswana
Search for appropriate and pre-agreed sales leads and prospects
Assist in the development of marketing plans as needed
Effectively communicate and follow up with Southern African Reservations team members
Provide timely feedback to Southern African reservations team
Work within the broader sales CRM system
Generate monthly reports
