My client, a well-established logistics company, is searching for an applicant whom will be the link between the company and their 3PL suppliers (couriers) used to delivery their goods. You will facilitate the full optimization of contract management systems and real performance improvement, using processes, workflows and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Co-ordinate management visits with all of the company’s couriers.
• Manage both inbound and outbound deliveries from dispatch to customer and back across all contracted couriers.
• You will constantly manage and review existing processes to ensure that they are streamlined.
• You will be responsible for measuring the performance of the courier companies.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to obtain the best possible performance results.
• Manage a small team.
• Handle all claims, queries and complaints.
• Gathering and analyzing of data to determine customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate system integration with couriers and manage call back compliance of couriers.
• Manage and measure all operations in terms quality, delivery and cost.
• Daily reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Logistics/Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management / Engineering or Business/Commerce.
• Sound operational background in dealing with 3PL networks.
• Experience of managing customers at a senior level.
