RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a qualified and experienced INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER for a large concern – position based in Richards Bay.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet), SAP experience.
B. Degree in Industrial Psychology or a similar field.
Registration as an IR Specialist Practitioner with SABPP.
Approximately 8 years in human resources of which at least 5 years in an industrial relations specialist or managerial capacity.
Experience in working with trade unions.
Wage negotiations.
Providing specialist industrial relations services to maintain a healthy industrial relations climate at company, improving employee morale and minimizing risk of collective conflict, disputes and industrial action that may affect the operational requirements of the business.
