• Labour Law/Legal/Conditions of Employment
• Collective Bargaining
• Negotiations and Consultations
• Disputes Resolution and experience in CCMA employer representation

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Automotive manufacturing industry experience essential
• Degree in Industrial Psychology or a similar field
• Registration as an IR Specialist Practitioner with SABPP would be ideal
• At least 5 years in an Industrial Relations specialist or managerial capacity.
• Experience working with Trade Unions
• Wage Negotiations
• Lateral thinking, creative, perceptive, broad thinking, good conceptualisation skills, diplomacy, negotiating skills
• Code EB Driver License (previous Code 08)
• PC Literacy (MS Office Suite & SAP, Windows)
