Position: Information Systems Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: Port Elizabeth Based
Remuneration: R30 000 to R40 000 (Commensurate with Qualification and Experience)

Requirements:
3 Years Working experience with Production Information systems
NQF Level 6 Certificates in Information Systems or CTI equivalent – Essential
Management Experience
Own Transport
Drivers License

Skills:
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong Root Cause Analysis Skills with the ability to take corrective actions
Sound knowledge of database design and implementation (Applications & BI Datawarehouse)
Proven Technical Skills in the application and BI Development space
Ability to interpret user requirements and implement to user satisfaction
Ability to self-manage

Results:
Meet deadlines and project / implementation milestones
Provide technical solutions that resolve business pain points
Provide Business Intelligence insight through well-crafted visualizations
Oversee an maintain up time for business-critical systems
Synchronize system administration by keeping master data consistent across different platforms
Manage Internal & External teams effectively
Oversee and action helpdesk tickets timeously
