RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the INK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY to recruit an INK TECHNICIAN to be based at their offices in Spartan JOHNNESBURG. R15k ctc + overtime.

OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF SPECIALISED INKS, COATINGS AND ADHESIVE THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.

The ideal candidate should have/be the following:

Approximately five years’ experience in an Ink laboratory and colour matching department, essential.
Previous experience in an ink printing environment.
Prepared to work shifts.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Mixing and issuing ink, varnish, chemicals and other consumable items.
Conducting drawdowns/proofs for new pantone/jobs.
Assisting press operators with queries and troubleshooting on press.
Capturing information on the ink management system.
Assisting press operators with colour matching and colour scans.
Maintaining documentation.

Remuneration:

R15 000 ctc + overtime
