As an Installations Administrator the main focus is to assist with the logistics of the sales and installation teams. This is a very important function to ensure that installations are complete timeously, accurately and with 100% customer satisfaction.

This is an urgent appointment with a start date of October 2020!!!

Duties and responsibilities:
*Implementations*
- Prepare daily installation schedules per team for the branch
- Liaising with customers informing them of date and time of installations
- Place orders with factory and manage when goods will be received
- Place orders with factory for any spares or faults/damages to ensure installations can be completed
- Communicating with clients on each step of the process and ensuring that sales team is in the loop
- On completion of installations, mail invoices to clients and sales team

*Customer Service*
- Implement corrective action plans to immediately address any issues arising all related to customer satisfaction and installations

*Reporting*
- Generate monthly reports related to installations and costs involved
- Report on customer feedback related to installations
- Report on any faults or rework that has to be complete
- Report on leads generated, strike rates, commissions and weekly updates on installations

*Qualifications & Experience*
- Matric and related administrative/marketing/sales qualification
- 3-5 years in a similar or same administrative function
- Excellent MS Office suite experience
- No less than 2 years installations experience
