RS Recruitment Services are assisting a large, well-established organization in the MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, to source an INSTALLATIONS FIELD COORDINATOR to join their team based in the WESTERN CAPE.
OUR CLIENT IS A PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY PROVIDING AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

Overall purpose of the position: Installations Field Coordinator will be the link between clients, company and the installers, will need to liaise with clients and contractors. Complete all relevant documentation that is required.

Requirements:
Matric certificate
Construction related qualification or certification Diploma/ Degree – an advantage
Minimum of 5 years in the constructions Industry
Valid Driver’s license
Physically Fit
Excellent command of the English language - Read, speak & write
Must be computer literate – MS Office, outlook etc.
Must have knowledge and understanding of the OHS
Valid passport – an advantage
An understanding of the construction industry (reinforced concrete and structural steel)
Ability to learn and understand the materials used
Understanding of tools and the ability to use equipment efficiently and effectively
Ability to motivate and lead teams
Willing and able to be away from home/ family for extended periods

Core responsibilities:
To carry out on site Health and Safety and Quality Control and ensure installation is done as per procedure
To review site reports compiled by Team Leaders before submission if and where applicable
To complete any Corrective Action Reports/ Non-Compliance Reports as required or needed
Manage and maintain petty cash float
Record all site issues, provide photographic proof of such, assist in the investigations and provide solutions
Drive company vehicle, ensuring that the South African Road Laws, Company Driver & Vehicle Policies are adhered to
Provide logistics support such as, Jack maintenance and stock control
Conduct installation team’s tool and equipment checks
Conduct installation team’s vehicle checks.

Remuneration:
R17 500.00 ctc
Vehicle provided for business travel. Provident fund after 6 months’ probation period.
