Insurance Advisor. Randburg based.

Min 1 year advisory experience and in possession of an RE5 certificate. If the Insurance Advisor has been in the industry for more than 4 years, he/she needs to have 120 FAIS credits on NQF Level 5 in his/her name. A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle is compulsory to travel to clients on a daily basis. Candidates must be matriculated. Non SA citizens are welcome to apply provided they have a passport, work permit valid for at least 1 year and an international/SA driver’s license.

A clear credit record would be favourable but exceptions will be made should there be a payment plan arrangement with the default vendor. A basic salary of R11K per month is offered for the first 2 months whilst in training. Commission is offered thereafter. An interest-free technology loan of R20K is offered to purchase technological equipment. Telemarketers make appointments and a full back-office/admin/para-planning support is provided. Upfront bursaries are offered for industry-related degrees/certificates/diplomas.

On-going training, mentorship and a career plan with the ultimate goal of owning your own franchise is provided. The company is based in Randburg but a technology loan is offered should the successful candidate wish to set up a home office.
