Job Description
Selling products over the telephone
Maximise each outbound call received by attempting to turn it into a sale
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Adhere to quality and compliance processes
Quality management of all outputs
Productivity measures to be achieved
Update call outcome information in system
Manage information regarding new products, rate changes, ruling, training updates
Keep abreast of developments and trend in industry
Ensure commitment to the FAIS fit and proper qualification requirements
Requirements
Matric qualification

Relevant accreditation is required

High level of computer proficiency
Sales experience is essential
Knowledge of short term insurance products
Good communication skills both verbal and written
