To provide 24/7 operational support for business-critical IT applications and systems, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to service level agreements. This role involves supporting existing business solutions, managing change requests, training users, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support and control of IT Operations on a 24×7 basis.
Manage application and system support in alignment with business strategy and SLAs.
Maintain and support developed business solutions across platforms.
Deliver technical expertise for system upgrades, changes, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Implement and manage application monitoring tools to ensure performance and availability.
Manage software licensing and vendor relationships effectively.
Identify, assess, and manage application and system risks.
Engage with stakeholders (Company business units, vendors) for support and training coordination.
Maintain and update solution training materials and deliver both formal and informal training.
Provide support to end-users for system and application-related issues.
Configure and maintain system business parameters and settings.
Manage user access, workgroups, and role allocations in compliance with security protocols.
Education and Experience:
A recognized Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
6 years working experience.
Proven experience in application support, IT operations, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of business and IT alignment.
Solid knowledge of IT strategy, financial management, and project management.
Proficiency in first-line application support and incident resolution.
