Operations experience - Essential - Dealing with groups.
Travel/Tourism experience. 3 years and more within an operations role.
Travel/Tourism experience.
Have a basic geographical knowledge of Southern Africa.
Effective written and verbal communication - internally as well as externally.
Take initiative and ensure attention to detail.
Understanding and experience on Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc).
Understanding and experience of Tourplan & Wetu (bonus but not essential).
Operate tour from start to finish as per company procedures.
Ensure learn and keep updated on products & itineraries of specific agents working with.
