INTERNAL AUDIT SPECIALIST
Bedforview, Gauteng

Responsible for executing the Internal Audit Operational Plan in line with approved internal Audit Methodology and IIA Standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Internal Auditing/ Accounting or equivalent
5 years or more Internal Audit Experience
2 years or more Supervisory experience
2 years or more SETA internal audit experience

ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF:
Skills development Act and Regulations
National Treasury Regulations and Relevant Practice Notes
National SCM Regulatory Framework

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Assist in developing ARC and Audit charter
Assist in developing audit plans
Assist in preparation of MANCO and ARC meeting packs
Prepare internal audit report against internal audit plan
Conduct assurance engagements and Consulting services
Ongoing supervision and review of work completed by Internal Audit team
Discuss informal and final audit findings with executive and internal audit managers
Compile adequate internal audit reports
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and compile electronic audit evidence file
Monitor and review performance of the internal audit teams and,
Conduct audit in terms of the International Standards of The Professional Practice of the Internal Audit established by Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
