An award-winning direct marketing company is seeking to employ an ambitious and success-driven individual. We currently have a position available within our sales and leadership department based in Westville.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement business strategy and drive sales. Initially, you will need to build relationships with clients and market our products and services.

You will also Train and lead other teammates as well as keep everyone motivated and focused on their goals. Strong leadership and developmental skills will be required.

Monitor, measure, and report on staff training and development plans and sales achievements within agreed formats and timescales to the respective business owners.

Liaise with other functional/departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and sales development.
