INTERNAL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking to fill a new position in our company that is being created – an internal sales and customer relations representative.

The incumbent would be expected to service the needs of the company's existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team.

The job would entail:
- Answering email and telephone inquiries;
- Respond to LiveChat on our web site;
- Support of the national sales manager, sales agents and logistics;
- Update customers on orders and delivery of those orders;
- Monitoring of incoming shipments in conjunction with the admin manager;
- Assistance of documentation of orders being dispatched (invoicing, packing lists and way bills);

The skills required:
- Good telephone presence;
- Bilingual;
- Good computer skills including typing, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, Word, Google etc
- Technical understanding;
- Quick leaner;
- Attention to detail essential;
- Can work unsupervised;
- Basic accounts experience would be a bonus but not essential to the position;
- Team player;
- Filing and other admin work would be done
- Customer orientated – we pride ourselves on our service levels which MUST be maintained.

Essential requirements:
- Must have own transport
