Our client, in the manufacturing industry, requires the services of an Internal Sales assistant to join their team.
Key performance areas:
? Manage the entire customer experience with our customers by providing customers with product information, support and great quality of service.
? Ensure customer requirements are communicated to all departments.
? Create and sustain, with new and existing customers, great relationships while growing our business.
? Promptly send out quotations, proposals and responses to our customers.
? Provide pricing and information on products.
? Assist with petty cash control and recons
? Entering data and orders into the computer system
? Monitor stock levels and request stock from head office where short
? Assist with the capturing of production orders
? Conducting all administrative responsibilities relating to the office
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
? 2 – 3 Years relevant experience
? 2 – 3 Years administration experience
? Proficient with Microsoft office
? Sage experience will be advantageous
? An enthusiasm for customer service
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Strong attention to detail?
