Internal Sales Rep
Duties / Responsibilities:
? Provide operational administrative support to Account Managers.
? Process of sales orders received.
? Stock reservations and allocations.
? Weekly customer backlog reports.
? Daily delivery backlog and pricing.
? Manage customer forecasts.
? Pro-forma invoices for COD customers.
? Capturing monthly pricing for house accounts.
? Managing sample requests.
? Creating credit and debit requests.

Qualifications / Experience:
? Matric/Grade 12.
? Minimum 24 years' experience in the chemical industry.
? Previous experience in exports advantageous.
? Good knowledge of bulk chemicals.
? Computer literate in MS Office.
? Communication.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? Customer service and quality orientation.
