Our client, an investment company within the Private equity space, is currently seeking an skilled Associate to join their team.

Qualifications:
• Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:
• Corporate finance/ Private equity (minimum of 2 years)
• 2 years’ experience in a Valuation role
• A detailed understanding and application of the various valuation techniques such as:
o Discounted cash flow (“DCF”)
o Enterprise value (“EV”)
o Earnings before taxation, interest, depreciation & amortisation (“EBITDA”),
o EV
o Earnings before taxation & interest (“EBIT”),
o Price to earnings (“PE”)
o Price to net asset value (“P/NAV”).
• Thorough understanding and application of financial statement and company analysis.
• Able to complete a thorough due diligence investigation.
• Has the ability to complete a discussion paper.
• Has the ability to complete a transaction proposal.
