To lead the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resource Initiatives, policies, and procedures.
To provide a professional HR service with timely advice, guidance and support to members of management and staff.
To support the HR Executive in implementation of strategic projects.

• A degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Social Science or HR related field
• Post Graduate/MBA will be advantageous.
• At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in a Human Capital related role, of which 3 should have been at a management level.
• A consulting background will be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Human Resources Management and related functions.
• Employee relations experience
