Conduct Training on the following:

Initiating a Disciplinary Hearing; Chairing a Disciplinary Hearing; Initiating & Conducting a Disciplinary Hearing; Managing Incapacity: Ill Health, Poor Work Performance and Dismissals; Introduction to Labour Law –BCEA and Contracts; Managing Misconduct for Supervisors; Representation skills at the CCMA; Representation of employers at CCMA and bargaining councils; Design and implementation of EE Plans and completion of EE Reports

B deg HRM/Labour Relations/Law/OD required; Qualified and Registered Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator/ at least 5 years' experience in IR/Labour Relations; CCMA representation experience; Union activity and negotiations and interaction experience beneficil.
