Well established company is looking for an Industrial Relations Consultant. We specialised in services such as IR, HR and Payroll.
Requirements:
• Matric
• Min of 3-5 years in the same field
• Strong labour relations experience
• Experience with disciplinary hearings, CCMA and arbitration
• Strong, clear communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Contactable references
• Clear criminal record
Skills:
• Communicating and interpersonal skills; the ability to work with numerous constituencies
• Knowledgeable in equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
• Confidentiality and sensitivity, particularly when making judgments on specific issues
Duties and responsibilities:

Structured and legislatively compliant policy, practices and processes provide the support the business needs to always operate within.
Responsible for anything to do with the employees of a company
Working closely with the HR department, oversee and manage any employee issues, inspecting and resolving these where possible.
Focus both on individual and collective relationships in the workplace with an increasing emphasis on the relationship between managers and their team members
