IT 4GL Software Developer Engineer - Mentor/Trainer
Positions in JHB, Midrand/Pretoria and Cape Town
Matric
IT Computer Software qualification or similar
Minimum From 3 years– 19+ working years in 4GL Programming experience \ in either Life, Group Life, Pension, Employee Benefits, Heath Insurance or Lending Industry OR other industries.
Life Insurance Experience Advantage
Must have very good GUI/Web software developer experience
Must have gained at least 4 years Mentoring/Training experience as a Team Leader or similar who has gained very good experience in training and mentoring Junior software Developers
Must be prepared to travel to go and see External Clients whenever required by the Company
Must have excellent coding experience
Experience gained in working with Agile
SDLC experience
Software Regression testing experience
Driver’s license and own transport
Must be prepared to work overtime whenever needed
Excellent experience in Writing code according to companies Standards, guidelines.
Responsible for writing code according to an ASD with that was almost entirely designed by him or herself but with the necessary consultation with the Technical Architects / Functional Owners.
Object oriented experience
R30 000- R75 000 per Month negotiable based on experience and previous Salary earned
