The role:
- Providing support to the users at client companies.
- Finding solutions to technical problems.
- Installing software products at client sites.
- Providing on-site training for clients.

Your profile:
- Tertiary qualification in IT.
- Minimum 3 years' experience of IT support, ideally on a logistics application.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience of training on I applications.
- Drivers' licence and own transport.

Please note - the job will require you to travel to client offices to install software and to train the users. This may involve travel to countries in the SADC region.
