Our client is an international Call Center who renders remote support to various companies throughout Europe. We are currently recruiting a GERMAN speaking Change Manager to work from the Bellville offices of our client. The main purpose of this role is to own the Change Management process within Global Service Delivery.
Main duties will include:
Ensuring all request for Changes are registered on the relevant platforms; Ensuring all logged requests are approved; Liaising with all necessary parties to co-ordinate the change building, testing and implementation in line with schedules; Assist / Manage escalations /issues; Manage Process improvement; Working with Team and Tech Leaders to introduce standardized change templates; Develop best practice procedures; Training of new Change employees; and Producing all client monthly reporting to the agreed contractual timescales.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Broad experience in an IT Service environment; Experienced in using of a broad range of information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role; Advance Microsoft Office Experience; Good basic understanding IT terminology and infrastructure; and ITIL foundation qualification.
