IT Software Development Solutions External Client Service Account Manager
Permanent position
TO WORK REMOTELY/ FROM HOME (Nationally or Internationally)
Matric certificate/ Grade 12
BCom qualification OR Industrial engineering OR IT Software qualification or certificate, OR OTHER
Driver’s License and own Transport
Willing to work overtime when required due to deadlines
Must have gained working experience in the IT software solutions services rendered to EITHER: Life Insurance / OR Life and Risk Industries OR other Financial services /OR Lending /Loans Industries
Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions.
With minimum 2- 7years working years’ in IT Software solutions and in SDLC and Agile + Project Management businesses processes
External Client support remotely
Verify tasks performing IT Software Testing prior to deployments to external client environment.
Manage IT Software deployments Hotfixes, patches, release and data fixes.
Systems configuration to IT Software testing.
Test scenarios experience gained where defects, identify defects with External client.
Resolve IT Software client business, process problems, ensures that new software products enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered as expected.
Managing IT Software projects
Must have IT Software Presentation skills experience and External Client Relationship management working experience
Manage IT Software External client project scope, changes.
Classification, prioritization, business Requirements, design, testing, user training, deployments.
Release management and configuration.
Work with clients, internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions
First line system support to clients
Manage and participate in Operational Meetings and reporting
Manage all client project scope changes
Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements
General System, Process and Client Communication
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity
Salary: R 35 000 – R 50 000 plus negotiable Gross, full cost to company per month
