Requirements:
A+
N+
Microsoft Certified certificates (advantageous)
1-year experience in support role (advantageous)

The successful candidate will provide prompt, professional and efficient hardware and software support to all the group’s different departments.
End-user desktop support and technical assistance (Windows OS & Office Applications)
Installation, configuration and maintenance of all desktops, laptops and printers on the network
Basic networking support for cabling, troubleshooting devices on the network
Troubleshooting / diagnostics on all desktop and basic network related issues
General user training and level of professionalism, confidentiality
And any other related functions

Salary is market related
