RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT ENGINEER / PROGRAMMER - position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
BSc IT Degree (programming and coding is an essential part of the degree).
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Must be willing to travel nationally and international.
Person must be English speaking (read / write / speak English competently).
Provide start up project development and ongoing customer support.
Design and develop technical solutions with new and existing customers.
Installation and configuration of software on site via remote applications or physical.
Develop and submit verbal and written reports.
Must be self-managed.
Base knowledge of the following - J Script, Java, SQL, understanding Windows and troubleshooting thereof, Networking, Firewalls, Distributed network architecture (VM and alike), Base knowledge of OS Windows, Linux.
Experience on the following would be an added advantage: - C, C++, Python, Experience in the CCTV industry.

Salary package offered: - R20 000-00+ per month (negotiable, depending on previous experience / qualifications).
