Duties:
• End-user, infrastructure support and maintenance
• Co-ordination of support activities
• Maintaining maintenance contracts and software renewals
• Collation of helpdesk reports /statistics
• Archiving of backup tapes
• Liaising with vendors w.r.t end user requirements (Capex and departmental requirements)
• Basic Active directory management across various networks
• Inventory /Asset management
• Change control management
• Software/Hardware Repairs
Requirements:
• National Diploma in Information Technology
• 2 years relevant experience
• Credit clear
• Criminal clear
