This position will bridge the gap between the business and the development and integration functions of the company. Your key job responsibilities as the IT Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Manage the day to day relationship with vendors/suppliers through regular engagements to ensure quality service delivery
- Manage the briefing process for changes and enhancements
- Manage the data requirements
- Identify new data elements from enhancements and new providers
- Brief new data extraction changes to integration team
- Create work tasks for BI requirements
- Alert business and IT of incorrect or failed data transfers
- The ability to identify issues in the technical landscape (Online and Retail). This is to identify the issue and escalating this to the relevant IT resource / team
- During the change of software, launch of new retail outlets or additional systems

Requirements for this IT Manager job in Johannesburg:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in payment systems (CallPay, iVeri, Peach, etc.)
- Experience in CMS systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information systems or a related technical discipline
- Extensive application support experience
