Our client is an IT Managed Services company. They provide efficient running of businesses, from managed IT services, to managed data backups, to business voice and internet services and they drive cloud computing capabilities. A mid to senior level IT Technician is needed to join this dynamic team.

This role requires previous experience working in a managed services environment so that excellent Support Desk and onsite work can be completed.

Required:
• Microsoft MCSA : Install, configure and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012 – 2019.
• Install, configure and troubleshooting of Wireless network devices and access points.
• Installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 7 through 10).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
• Configuring of switches and VLANs as well as working in a multiple VLAN environment.
• VMware ESXI and vCenter knowledge would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of working in Microsoft Azure hosted environments.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Firewall devices, Site-Site VPNs and access rules and WAN connectivity.
• IP based Voice and PBX Knowledge advantageous, Cloud experience and project management experience required.
