Requirements, skills and experience
• Completed matric/ Grade 12
• IT qualification
• 4 -5 years Production Management experience in an IT infrastructure environment
• IT infrastructure, networks and/ or telecommunication experience
• 4 – 5 years’ management experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong people and client management skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
Duties

• Execute Operational plan
• Improve productivity and quality
• Service Management
• Manage operation teams effectively
• Do production planning & improve quality of deliverables
• Manage training & development
• Recruit new team members
• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Motivate & support team members
• Quotations compiled for ad hoc or audit enhancements to current systems & special investigations.
• Use project management skills to implement project plans
• Co-Ordinate all hardware purchasing for internal & operational purposes
